چکیده

ABSTRACT In the composition of soil microbiome, there are numerous microorganisms capable promoting plant growth, better known as growth-promoting microorganisms. The study aimed to determine effects multifunctional microorganisms, alone or in combination, on shoot, root, and total biomass production, gas exchange, macronutrient content, yield components, grain corn plants. experiment was carried out a greenhouse completely randomized design, with four replications. Twenty-six treatments consisted isolated combined microbiolization seeds rhizobacteria Bacillus sp. (BRM 32109, BRM 32110, 63573), Burkholderia cepacea 32111), Pseudomonas 32112), Serratia marcenses 32113, 32114), Azospirillum brasilense (Ab-V5), 63574), an fungus Trichoderma koningiopsis 53736), control treatment (without application microorganisms). At seven 21 days, two more applications same were plants, respectively. applied combination promoted significant increases 49% biomass, 30% 36% 33% yield. Isolates 32114, Ab-V5, 32112 combinations 32114 + 53736, 63573 32110 benefits corn, allowing us infer that use beneficial significantly affects development

Integrative impacts of soil tillage on crop yield, N use efficiency and greenhouse gas emission in wheat-corn cropping system

Wheat-corn cropping system is one of the most important grain production systems in theworld. However, the integrative impacts of soil tillage on crop yield, N use efficiency (NUE)and greenhouse gases (GHGS) emissions are not well documented in this system. Thus, a twoyear field experiment was carried out in a typical wheat-corn cropping system with four tillageregimes during the wheat season, ...

Use of Satellite Radar Bistatic Measurements for Crop Monitoring: A Simulation Study on Corn Fields

This paper presents a theoretical study of microwave remote sensing of vegetated surfaces. The purpose of this study is to find out if satellite bistatic radar systems can provide a performance, in terms of sensitivity to vegetation geophysical parameters, equal to or greater than the performance of monostatic systems. Up to now, no suitable bistatic data collected over land surfaces are availa...

Mitigating Abiotic Stress in Crop Plants by Microorganisms

Microorganisms could play an important role in adaptation strategies and increase of tolerance to abiotic stresses in agricultural plants. Plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) mitigate most effectively the impact of abiotic stresses (drought, low temperature, salinity, metal toxicity, and high temperatures) on plants through the production of exopolysaccharates and biofilm formation. PGP...

The Effect of Crop Protection Chemicals on Soil-Dwelling Microorganisms

Microorganisms are an important component of the soil environment, and they play a key role in the decomposition of organic matter, the circulation of elements in the natural environment and the preservation of soil fertility. Microbes enhance the overall health of plants. In the rhizoplane, ectorhizosphere and endorhizosphere, high populations of microbes dwell around plant roots which secrete...
